The seasonal selection was okay overall. I might be a little picky, but I feel like if I’m going out of my way to shop for seasonal items, I’d like to see a few more options to choose from. What they had was fine, just not quite as much variety as I was hoping for.

The return process itself was okay and didn’t give me much trouble, but I was disappointed with how long it took to get my refund. I expected it to be quicker, so the delay was frustrating.

I ordered from Whitman and the package showed up faster than I expected. I thought it would take around a few more days, so it was a nice surprise when it arrived early.

The tracking updated like it should, and everything got here in good shape. No issues with delivery at all, so overall I’m happy with how the shipping went.

I tried ordering a few things, but like, most of them weren’t even available. It’s annoying to browse the site when you find stuff you want and then, you know, you can’t actually buy any of it.

I ordered a box from whitman.com, it just didn’t seem very fresh. A few of the pieces were kind of dry, and the chocolate had that dull look like it had been sitting around for a while. The shipping was fine, and nothing arrived melted, but for the price, I really expected better. Maybe I just got a bad batch, but I don’t think I’d order again.

Ordered from Whitman and, the delivery did arrive when they said it would, which almost made me suspicious in this day and age. The tracking updated fine, though not exactly lightning fast — like maybe someone behind the curtain was only letting me see just enough info to stay calm. Box showed up in decent shape, nothing was missing, and everything looked normal. I’m giving 4 stars because it took a little longer to actually ship out than I expected, but once it got moving, it was reliable. Overall, happy… unless this was all part of some plan to make me trust online shipping again.

Not gonna lie, I was disappointed. The chocolate tasted stale, like it had been sitting around for a while, and some of the pieces arrived broken. I really wanted to like it, but I won’t be buying it again

my order wasn’t right at all. i ordered a box of assorted whitman chocolates, but they sent a completely different mix, and one item was missing too. customer service took forever to get back to me and didn’t really do much to fix it. frustrating when you pay for specific items and don’t get them.

I thought I’d be waiting around for a while, but they got back to me super fast. No hassle at all, which was a nice surprise.

I went on whitman.com just trying to find some basic info, it was harder than it needed to be. The menus felt all over the place. Like I’d click something expecting one thing, then end up somewhere else completely.
At first glance the site looks fine, so I thought it would be simple enough. Not really. Some pages loaded okay, others dragged, and a few links just didn’t make much sense. Search didn’t help much either. Frustrating when you’re trying to move quickly...

I’ve had a good experience with this site and it feels reliable to me. Everything seems straightforward, and it gives me confidence knowing I can trust them.

I ordered from Whitman mostly because Whitman’s always makes me think of my grandma’s house around Christmas. The box looked just like I remembered, and there’s something about it that felt kind of nice and familiar.
The candy was okay overall. A few pieces tasted exactly like I remembered, but some were a little too sweet or didn’t seem as fresh as I hoped. Shipping was fine, just not especially quick.
I’d probably buy it again more for the tradition than because it’s the best chocolate out there. It’s one of those comfort things, I guess, and something about it still makes me feel a little nostalgic

Honestly , it worked out well for what I needed . I didn’t want to spend a lot , and this gave me good value for the money .
